    Every claim carries the passage it came from. Arlo quotes a dose rather than working one out, so read it against the source beside it. No source means no answer.

  • De-identified first.

    Identity is removed before a model call wherever it can be. Consult audio is the exception, as speech must be transcribed.

    Your data is scoped to your own workspace on every read and every write. One clinic never sees another's patients or notes.

  • Records in the UK and EU.

    Every record we store stays in the UK and EU. The database and your files sit in Stockholm, the search index in London.

What is Ask Arlo?
Ask Arlo is the veterinary AI layer. It works across your clinical record, your practice's own sources and everything you file after the consult: it captures the consult by voice, drafts the note in your own style, and answers clinical questions - with every claim cited from trusted sources, or it tells you it could not find one rather than guessing.
How does Arlo keep its clinical answers trustworthy?
Every answer is grounded in real sources and cited. When the evidence is not there, Arlo abstains and says so plainly instead of inventing one. Dosing is reproduced as the source states it, mg/kg and all, rather than Arlo working out a figure for your patient: you read what the reference says, with the reference beside it. Arlo can still be wrong, so verify what it gives you and apply your own professional judgement before you act on it.
Is patient data safe with Arlo?
Patient identity is stripped out before your question reaches an AI model, on every path where that is possible: chat, pre-consult briefs and the patient assistant. The scribe is the exception worth knowing about, because a consult is audio - speech cannot be de-identified before it is transcribed, so the recording and the transcript drawn from it go as spoken. Each clinic's data is scoped to its own workspace, so one clinic never sees another's patients, notes or references, and every record we store stays resident in the UK and EU: the database and uploaded files in Stockholm, the search index in London.
Does Arlo write my consult notes?
Yes. Arlo transcribes the consultation live and drafts a structured note in your own style, ready for you to review, edit and sign. It never changes anything in your practice-management system: Arlo only ever reads from it, so the note stays yours to file.
Does Arlo replace clinical judgement?
No. Arlo is a fast, well-cited second brain that informs your decision. The clinical judgement, and the final call, stay with you.
